Summer Giveaway – Official Rules & Guidelines
Chill Out with Cool Summer Wins

 

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties, Washington, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, board members, and immediate family members of United Way Grays Harbor are not eligible to win.

 

How to Enter

Limit one (1) main entry per person. No purchase or donation required.

 

Bonus Entries

Earn up to two (2) bonus entries:

+1 Entry – Share the giveaway on Facebook (tag @UWGHP) or Instagram (tag @unitedwayofgraysharbor)
+1 Entry – Post a photo with a giveaway QR card, poster, or flyer and tag @UWGHP

Posts must be public and include the @UWGHP or @unitedwayofgraysharbor tag.

Giveaway Dates

  • Entry Period: July 1 – August 19, 2025

  • Weekly Drawings: July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6, 13

  • Grand Prize Drawing: August 20, 2025

 

Prize Eligibility

  • All valid entries are eligible for each weekly drawing.

  • Weekly winners will be removed from future weekly drawings.

  • All entries remain eligible for the Grand Prize, even if a weekly prize has been won.

 

Prizes

Weekly Prizes:

Fun gifts and gift cards donated by local businesses, including restaurants and breweries.
Winners must be 21+ to claim any prize that includes alcohol or alcohol-serving venues.
Prizes are community-focused and may have no assigned cash value.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
 

Grand Prize – Caribbean Resort Stay for Two:

A luxurious all-inclusive resort stay at Galley Bay Resort & Spa – an adults-only, award-winning 40-acre paradise in the Caribbean.
Includes lodging, food, drinks, resort activities, and a bonus invite to Los Establos Boutique Resort in Panama.
 

  • Prize covers up to 10 nights (double occupancy) in up to 3 rooms, valued up to $1,900 per room depending on travel dates.

  • Mandatory nightly supplement of $306–$323 per person applies (covers dining, drinks including alcohol, and all-inclusive amenities).

  • Airfare, government tax/service, and upgrade options are not included.

  • Resort blackout dates do not apply. Minimum 7-night stay required; Additional peak-season surcharge may apply.

  • Prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to availability and resort cancellation policies.

 

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by each drawing date.

Winners will be notified at the phone number provided during entry.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes will be available for local pickup or delivered electronically, depending on the prize.

By entering, participants agree to receive occasional SMS messages from United Way Grays Harbor related to this giveaway and future community updates.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
 

Important: Entrants must remain subscribed to receive SMS messages through the end of the giveaway period (August 20, 2025)
to remain eligible to win any prize. Opting out early will forfeit eligibility.

and to share occasional updates about our programs, campaigns, and local impact.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
